Looking at a blog!

We were learning about using screencastify and posting videos too our blog on a google slide!

 I found it easy to record the video and put it onto a google slide and then posting it to my blog!

 I found it challenging to work on my google slide with the slow internet and making my voice louder because of the background noise.

Next time I will try to go to a place that has less background noise so my video comes out better.

Hello I'm Jasmine. I have A pet cat called Peachy. 

I'm trying to be more confident when talking. That is my goal for the Year. I love to read books and I love cats and dogs. My favorite books are warrior cats by Erin Hunter. My favorite color is red and I like coding on scratch. My favorite subject at school is reading. I also want to get better at math. I also love writing stories! I'm part Scottish but mostly New Zealander!

I'm honestly looking forward to this year. Learning more and making new friends. I'm also looking forward to  learning more on my Chromebook. 

We were learning about using speak to text in our writing so its faster and easier.

I found it easy to use voice typing and post this on my blog.

I found it challenging to think of what to add on my about me blog post.

Next time I will post on time.

 I found it easy to do my polyline in time.
 I found it challenging to think of a quote to put in my post.
 Next time I will focus more on my work and not talk to my friends.
 

HOLIDAY IN AFRICA!!!

What did you learn? I learned about phishing its when someone puts a scam for example... "CLICK HERE TO WIN 1000 BUCKS. And you don't get the 1000 bucks.

What did you enjoy? making the photo i know its not about phishing but were we really at Africa??? 

What was challenging? taking the photo because my legs kept getting cut out but i made this idea. (im in deep grass)

What was easy? I think the writing was really easy and making the  stamp.

What will you do next time? I think i wont add a hat because it looks weird.

scratch firework animation

We were learning about making animations on scratch.I found it easy to animate that end part because it was just simple coding. I found it hard to draw the cats without focusing because im better at drawing cats on scratch than that.I really enjoyed making everything on here like the firework that was fun as well I LOVE that the class is getting to know scratchNext time I need to be a bit more fast on finishing that end part..

our cybersmart game

We were learning about making games on google slides like this one I found it really cool!I found it easy to make this game in the time given (it was a collab with aria and ngaire.)I found it hard to make the buttons go to the right slide because we had to keep going back and foreword.I really enjoyed making the game because i liked my polyline at the end.Next time I need to be faster on the polyline because that took awhile.
